Job description

Location: Cambridge (3 days a week from office)

Required Skills:

1. Experience running and maintaining on-premise data centres
2. Strong experience with Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS)
3. Experience with enterprise storage including iSCSI and SAN technology
4. Prior experience using automation tools (Ansible, Foreman, etc.)
5. Knowledge of IP networking, DNS, and firewalls
6. Experience with Python, shell scripts, and command-line tools
7. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
8. Proficiency with ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, etc.

Nice to have:

1. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, ideally AWS
2. Experience with Hyper-V, Microsoft AD, AAD, and VMWare
3. Experience maintaining build systems, source code management, TeamCity, and GitLab services
