We are currently seeking a Linguist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Linguist at ICON, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness of language used in clinical research documents and communications. You will liaison with cross‑functional teams to provide expert language aid, ensuring that all materials meet regulatory and linguistic standards in various regions.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Providing accurate translations of clinical trial documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and patient materials.
  • Ensuring the cultural and linguistic appropriateness of translations for target audiences in different regions.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure that translations meet regulatory requirements and scientific accuracy.
  • Reviewing and editing translations for clarity, consistency, and accuracy across languages.
  • Staying updated on linguistic trends, principle objectives and best practices in the translation and localization of clinical research materials.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
  • Fluency in at least two languages, with proven experience in translation and localization, preferably in the clinical or scientific field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity in translations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in translation software and tools is a plus.
