Job summary

AC Hotel by Marriott Birmingham is seeking a hands-on laundry support colleague to prepare linen and assist room attendants. You will interact with guests while transporting linen and ensure timely readiness of laundry services. The role is physically demanding and requires fitness to keep up with fast-paced hotel operations.

Open 7 days a week with flexible shifts across 3 days, offering apprenticeship paths and brand training opportunities to develop within Valor Hospitality Partners.

Qualifications

• Must be organised and able to work behind the scenes to ensure laundry is ready for room attendants.
• Customer-facing interactions with guests when transporting linen.
• Physically demanding role requiring constant movement and fitness.
