The Person:

The Role:

• Support Housekeeping operations to maintain luxury presentation standards
• Ensure linen, supplies and equipment are prepared and well organised
• Contribute to a seamless, uninterrupted guest experience
• Work collaboratively across departments to support hotel operations
• Uphold health, safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute, collect and manage hotel linen and supplies
• Report and follow up on missing or damaged items
• Maintain clean, organised work areas and equipment
• Respond efficiently to guest and housekeeping requests
• Adhere to lost property, safety and sustainability procedures.
