Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Porter to provide first-class service to guests and holiday home owners across our park. You will transport goods, manage linen stocks and undertake specialist cleaning tasks to keep the park looking its best.

Main duties include jet washing, carpet cleaning, linen deliveries, stock checks and equipment maintenance. A Full UK Driving Licence is required and flexibility for weekends/evenings is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Flexibility to work varied days including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Jet washing of holiday homes and carpet/upholstery cleaning.
• Receive and check deliveries of linen; report inaccuracies.
• Manage linen inventory and weekly stock takes.
• Deliver fresh linen for new guest arrivals; respond to additional requests.
• Collect dirty linen and prepare it for cleaning.
• Deliver, retrieve and sanitise hire goods equipment.
• Conduct vehicle and equipment checks; report defects.
