Qualifications

• Six months institutional laundry experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to lift 10–70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Transfer wet linens to dryers and set correct temperatures.
• Deliver clean linens to linen room and residents' rooms on time.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and carts.
• Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Cross-trained to perform washing machine operator functions.
