Shift: Monday-Saturday (6am finish time) – 12-hour Days & nights
Salary: £40,272.21 (inclusive of shift allowance and contractual OT) + 18 bookable holidays per year + statutory bank holidays + potential bonus + other fantastic benefits

Reporting to the Cell Manager, you will be working on a production line. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the production lines runs safely and efficiently in accordance with Nestle standards, to reduce consumer complaints, to produce quality products, and to protect the Nescafe brand.
Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe after a £250 million investment over the last few years. The factory produces several of the most well-known Nescafé products in the world through freeze-dried, spray dried and pod coffee production technologies and is at the forefront of coffee production globally.
