Job summary

Navigator Tissue UK Ltd is seeking a Line Operative at our Glenfield site to keep converting lines running safely and efficiently. You will own your line, ensure consistent quality, and comply with safety and legal requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We expect at least a year of hands-on production experience, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork. Training is provided, with development opportunities available to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on production experience.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor converting equipment per SOPs.
• Carry out regular quality checks and production documentation.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety compliance on the line.
• Assist with changeovers and address minor machine faults promptly.
