We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Line Leaderto join a busy manufacturing team in Reading on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment and is passionate about driving quality, efficiency, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Line Leader

• Lead and supervise a team of production operatives to ensure daily production targets are achieved.

Requirements of the Line Leader

• Previous experience in a Production Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar manufacturing leadership role.

• Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
