Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Corsham is seeking a motivated Line Leader to join our Manufacturing Production Team. You will lead a production group, drive high-quality outputs, and uphold food safety and quality standards while fostering a positive, engaging workplace.

The role runs 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and a range of site benefits including on-site parking, subsidised canteen, staff events and discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production environments preferred.
• Good understanding of health & safety and food safety standards.
• Organised, proactive and solution focused attitude.
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification is desirable.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Line Leader to join our Manufacturing Production Team in Corsham. In this role you will take responsibility for leading a team, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance, while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Earn Big

Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £600 per week.

Balanced Schedule

We have a shift pattern of 06.00am - 14.00 pm, Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.
