Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, Rotating, 0615-1415 & 1415-2215

We're now looking for a Line Leader to coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient production line operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Working within clear guidelines to help achieve the production schedule and ensure that orders are prepared to the desired quality by working safely and producing in the most efficient way.
• Ensure that all H&S pre use checks on machinery are carried out at the correct times.
• Having a clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to your team.
• Prepare and execute the shift handover with your colleague on the next shift.
• To be responsible for all documentation relating to the production line.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have warehouse operational experience and are looking for their next step up.
• Previous experience in managing a small team 3+.
• Production or Co‑Manufacturing, experience preferred.
• Have excellent communication skills.
