Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Line Leader in Aylesbury. In this role, you will lead the production line, ensuring daily targets are met and machinery is set up efficiently. Ideal candidates will have experience in production environments and basic IT skills. This is a 3-month rolling contract offering £18.97 per hour including shift premium, with shifts from 10 pm to 6:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities of line operatives to ensure smooth production.
• Ensure daily production targets are met in line with KPIs.
• Set up machinery and conduct routine checks to ensure the lines function correctly.
• Ensure operatives understand and follow standard procedures.

Skills

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Familiar with machine operating or production line work.

Basic IT skills

Worked in fast-paced environment.
