A local support service in Clitheroe is looking for a Personal Assistant to support a vibrant young person with learning difficulties and epilepsy. The role involves assisting during outings after college and encouraging independence. Applicants must be reliable, experienced with seizures, and possess a driving license. This rewarding position offers flexible hours and starts at £14.00 per hour.

The client is a vibrant young person age 18, with learning difficulties and Epilepsy who’s looking for a fun, friendly Personal Assistant to join him after college Monday-Friday and assist with adventures at weekends and during college holidays. This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to hang out, get active, and help someone gain confidence and independence along the way.

Hours per Week: 10-13hrs - 2 hours daily 3-5pm also during College Holidays.
Rate of pay: £14.00 per hour.
This needs to be a flexible role, due to unpredictability of health conditions. This will be discussed at interview.
5.6 weeks paid annual leave per year pro rata and workplace pension scheme.
