Job summary

Overview

Female Personal Assistant in the Morecambe area

We are looking for a personal assistant to support a friendly female client living in the Morecambe area. The client experiences mental health challenges, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities and is looking for someone who is mature, experienced, honest, reliable, and animal-friendly.

This is a permanent full-time position for 38.5 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £13.50, plus:

  • 5.6 weeks paid annual leave
  • Workplace pension scheme
  • All activity/travel expenses covered by the client
About the Role

You will support the client in day-to-day living, helping her maintain independence and a good quality of life. Duties include:

  • Supporting and encouraging the client to access community activities (e.g. swimming)
  • Prompting and assisting with personal care
  • Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Providing medication prompts
  • Supporting the client to attend medical appointments
  • Offering companionship and general encouragement

A driver is desirable but not essential.
