Are you a skilled Lighting or Electrical Engineer in or around the Luton area, looking for an exciting opportunity in the facilities management sector? We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies.

• Up to £35,834 (depending on experience)
• Full Door to Door pay
• Up to 4% bonus

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on lighting and electrical systems
• Attending mechanical and electrical faults, first-fixing where possible
• Troubleshooting BMS faults
• Diagnosing and resolving faults
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Providing technical support and expertise across multiple sites
• Liaising with customers to deliver outstanding service
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers

What We're Looking For

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance
• Previous experience in a similar role (retail or commercial experience preferred)
• Valid UK driving licence (essential)
• Qualifications: 18th Edition
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• IT proficiency and ability to manage workload effectively

Additional Information

• This is a field-based role, requiring travel between client sites
• Weekend work may be required on a rota basis
• On-call duty required (1 in 4 weeks)
