Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland invites applications for a lifting technician to join our expanding lifting division in Ipswich. You will service, inspect and calibrate lifting equipment, keeping records up to date and ensuring top standards of safety and compliance.

You will work as part of a team, demonstrate flexibility for on-call evenings or weekends, and ideally hold an LEEA qualification with a full UK driving licence. We value reliability and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of the lifting industry and equipment.
• Team player who supports colleagues.
• LEEA qualification.
• Self-motivated with flexible working hours including on-call evenings/weekends.
• Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, inspect and calibrate lifting equipment.
• Inspect, maintain and repair lifting equipment.
• Maintain and update service records.
• Ensure equipment is kept to high standards of cleanliness, functionality and compliance.

• Service, inspect and calibrate lifting equipment

• Maintaining and updating all service records
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality and compliance
