Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Repair Sales Technical Manager to drive repair revenue growth in the lift industry. The role involves securing lift repair opportunities, preparing quotations, and maintaining client relationships. Ideal candidates should have a strong technical background in lift systems, proven sales track records, and excellent communication skills. A full UK driving licence is required, along with a willingness to travel occasionally. A competitive salary and performance-based commission are offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in lift repairs or technical sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure lift repair and upgrade opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
  • Conduct site surveys and assess lift conditions.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers and Engineers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM sales pipeline.
