This role ensures the safe, reliable operation of lift and escalator equipment across multi-unit sites. You’ll carry out maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and equipment improvements that help reduce downtime and enhance performance.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to repair calls within agreed timeframes
• Maintain and service lift equipment, platform units and hoists
• Complete field reports and follow internal quality processes
• Work positively and collaboratively with colleagues across the business
• Support continuous improvement by following company procedures and offering constructive input
• Adhere to all safety policies and set a strong example of safe working
• Contribute to safety objectives by monitoring and maintaining systems under your control

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in lift servicing, maintenance or repairs
• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Maintenance (minimum)
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with customers, inspectors and managers
• A customer-focused attitude and consistently high service standards
• Team‑oriented mindset, offering support and assistance where needed
• Ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively and deliver on commitments
• Full UK driving licence
