Job summary

Orbitech Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor in North Lincolnshire for a long-term RC structures project. You will oversee lifting operations and lead a groundworks gang, ensuring safe practices and adherence to site procedures.

The role requires a valid Lift Supervisor ticket (CPCS/NPORS) and proven civils experience, with strong leadership and communication skills for a high-profile infrastructure site.

Qualifications

• Proven Lift Supervisor experience on civils or infrastructure projects.
• Valid CPCS or NPORS Lift Supervisor ticket (A62 or equivalent).
• Experience supervising lifting operations and groundworks crews.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all lifting operations per lift plans.
• Coordinate and lead a groundworks/drainage gang.
• Ensure safe slinging, signalling, and movement of materials.
• Work with site management and plant operators.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and site procedures.
• Carry out daily briefings and toolbox talks.
