Care UK is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Lead to support residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will identify goals, create personalised activity plans and lead a team to encourage new interests and physical activity.

You will ensure events are well advertised, maintain wellbeing reports for relatives, and stay informed on local and national happenings to enrich the activity programme across the year. Training and career development are provided.
