Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure poolside safety across our premium fitness clubs. You will oversee pool safety and contribute to a great member experience, while maintaining documentation and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

The role requires an NPLQ qualification, a passion for health and fitness, and strong communication skills. A team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues will thrive in our vibrant environment with opportunities for career

Job description

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.

As a Lifeguard:

• You must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply for this role.
• Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
• A team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
