Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is hiring Lifeguards to join a lively, customer-focused environment. You will supervise pool users and fellow lifeguards, ensuring top safety standards while delivering excellent service.

If you hold the National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), this will be an advantage, but a safety-conscious poolside attitude and eagerness to learn are equally valued. Training and development opportunities are provided within the role.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard role requires active supervision of pool users and lifeguards.
• Strong commitment to Health and Safety for all pool users.
• Deliver first-class customer service in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customers and other lifeguards to ensure pool safety.
• Maintain high safety standards and oversee building operations.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and cleanliness at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with queries.
• Support ongoing training and development activities as part of the team.
