Places for People Group is hiring a Lifeguard for Places Leisure. You will work in a fun, lively environment and inspire others to perform at their best while ensuring pool safety and excellent customer service.

A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential. We provide ongoing training, first aid at work training, and opportunities for professional development including swim teacher qualifications and apprenticeship routes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customers and other lifeguards using pool facilities.
• Act safely and uphold Health and Safety for all pool users.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and go above and beyond expectations.
• Support first aid and safety training as required.
