Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Lifeguard to join our team in the UK. You will oversee poolside safety and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, while keeping accurate pool-test documentation and supporting members with a high-quality experience.

Ideal candidates will hold an NPLQ qualification and demonstrate passion for health and fitness, strong communication and active listening, and be a proactive team player. Join us to contribute to a thriving, inclusive club environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and ensure health and safety compliance.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience.

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
