Responsibilities

• Poolside Safety (The 30 Minute Rotation): Maintaining vigilant poolside cover, responding to alarms, and acting as first responder in emergencies.
• Hygiene & Presentation: Carrying out periodic cleaning across the club, including changing rooms, operating cleaning equipment, and following COSHH regulations.
• Member Engagement: Being a friendly face on the floor, answering queries, handling lost property, and reporting equipment defects.
• Statutory Compliance: Handling hotel cash, security, and emergency procedures per Standard Operating Procedures.
