Job summary

Nuffield Health in Twickenham is seeking a Lifeguard (bank) to supervise and assist members in our pool, spa, sauna and steam room. This ad-hoc, on-demand role pays £12.58 per hour and requires flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

You will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and keep training records up to date. A friendly, professional attitude and a team spirit are essential for great member care.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Able to provide ongoing training records and maintain up-to-date certifications.
• Great customer care mindset and team player.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy around the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Remain attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment for members.
• Welcome and support members when using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents promptly.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
