Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking reliable Lifeguards for the Bank Leisure Assistant role at the Frank Lee Centre. The position involves safeguarding swimmers, performing emergency interventions, and assisting with gym supervision in a busy leisure environment.

We offer training and ongoing support within the Trust, with some weekend work required. This is a Staff Bank Services assignment intended to provide temporary staffing across CUH facilities.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard swimmers in the pool area and respond to emergencies with First Aid and CPR as required.
• Supervise gym facilities when needed and ensure member safety on site.
• Train and become proficient in all areas of the Frank Lee Centre leisure facilities.
