Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Lifeguard Team Member to help keep guests safe in the pool and leisure areas at Bodelwyddan Castle. You will monitor activity, provide great service, and respond to incidents with confidence, under the supervision of the Leisure Manager.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS).
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 metres.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain cleanliness across the leisure department.
• Follow Health and Safety Policy to ensure a safe, secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure guest safety in and around swimming areas.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Perform rescue techniques and administer first aid as needed.
• Educate guests about pool safety rules and regulations.
