Job summary

Places for People Group, through Places Leisure, is looking for a Lifeguard to work in a lively pool environment. You will supervise customers and fellow lifeguards, ensuring safety and high standards of cleanliness and service.

Held responsibilities include health and safety oversight, supportive first-aid readiness, and delivering friendly, professional customer service while maintaining a safe, enjoyable experience for all pool users.

Qualifications

• NPLQ or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to supervise pool users and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customers and lifeguards on pool and facilities.
• Maintain health and safety for all pool users and oversee building operations.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and respond to incidents.
