Qualifications

Overview

We are looking for a Lifeguard to join our team at Talacre Beach Resort in Flintshire, North Wales. Hourly rate of £12.21. This is a seasonal position to work part‑time hours over a Sunday. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Work within the Leisure team to ensure the pool and leisure areas operate safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular checks of the pool and the changing areas.
  • Be on the lookout for any hazards or issues and ensure that these are dealt with.
  • Observe swimmers and spectators.
  • Check plant and carry out pool water tests regularly.
  • Check and record all guest passes.
  • Advise guests on current activity programmes.
  • Record any accidents and administer first aid as required.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A current NPLQ is desirable although not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to enable you to get to and from the resort easily.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
