Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a qualified lifeguard to oversee poolside safety and ensure a welcoming experience for members. The role requires NPLQ certification, a passion for health and fitness, and strong communication with teammates and guests.

You will help maintain health and safety compliance and keep precise pool documentation, working as part of a collaborative, inclusive team. The position is on-site with development opportunities through internal training and staff benefits such as

About the Role

The role focuses on overseeing poolside safety and ensuring members have a great experience while using the pool facilities. The successful candidate ensures pool areas comply with all Health and Safety requirements, conducts pool tests in line with company guidelines, and maintains accurate documentation at all times. Working within a team that is described as ambassadors of the business, the role supports a culture of belonging and inclusion.
