Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join our premium health and wellness club network. In this role you will supervise pool areas for safety, perform water quality tests, and maintain records in line with health and safety guidelines.

You will help create a welcoming environment for members while upholding the club’s standards. Ideal candidates hold an NPLQ qualification, demonstrate strong communication and active listening, and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply.
• Strong engagement and communication skills with active listening.
• A team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
• Conduct pool tests in line with company guidelines and maintain documentation.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience. You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
