Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to oversee poolside safety and ensure a high standard of member experience across our pools. You will conduct regular pool tests, document results, and enforce health and safety guidelines to keep the environment safe and welcoming.

The role requires an NPLQ qualification, a passion for health and fitness, and strong communication and listening skills. You will be part of a collaborative team committed to a thriving, inclusive club culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience .

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times .
