Lifecycle Programme Manager

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

Mitie are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Programme Manager to join our Armada PFI team at HMS Drake, Devonport. This is your opportunity to own strategic asset renewal and ensure compliance across a high-profile contract.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lifecycle plans to keep facilities compliant and operational.
  • Lead multi-year asset renewal strategies, ensuring timely replacement and refurbishment.
  • Scope, procure, and manage lifecycle projects from start to finish.
  • Work on asset condition assessments and annual surveys.
  • Manage budgets and ensure value for money while interpreting contract terms.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and prepare for contract handback.
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in contract and lifecycle management ideally across Hard Services within facilities management. The successful candidate will hold a Commercial Acumen and have excellent project management skills, and meet the following criteria:

  • Strong technical knowledge of hard services and compliance standards.
  • Well equipped for stakeholder engagement.
  • People manager capable of growing a team and inspiring them.
  • Background in government, defence or PFI is ideal but not essential.
  • Experience in managing large-scale support services contracts.
