Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Consultant/Manager level professional for Advisory Services, supporting strategic engagements for leading life sciences companies. You will help clients address Brand & Commercial Strategy, Asset & Portfolio Strategy, and Pricing & Market Access topics, collaborating with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary IQVIA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MPH, PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) is advantageous but not required.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated experience in life sciences strategy consulting or related field.
• Experience delivering strategic projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing workstreams, projects, or client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and executive storytelling.
• Experience working effectively within cross-functional and international teams.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, strategic frameworks, and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Strong leadership potential and collaborative mindset.
• Right to live and work in the recruiting country.

Responsibilities

• Leading or supporting multiple strategic consulting projects across the life sciences industry.
• Structuring complex business problems and developing practical, evidence-based recommendations.
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate strategic insights.
• Designing and overseeing primary and secondary research activities.
• Managing stakeholders across client organizations, cross-functional teams, and project leadership.
• Designing, structuring, and delivering client reports, presentations, and workshops.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to client teams and senior executives.
• Developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for follow-on work.
• Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and pitch materials.
• Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and healthcare industry trends.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members to support their development.
• Leading internal initiatives such as recruitment, training, capability building, and knowledge sharing.
• Supporting innovation through the adoption of advanced analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and new ways of working.
