Requirements

• Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree majoring or minoring in Life Sciences with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027. If you are graduating in September 2027, you must have your degree finished before 13 September

• Demonstrated interest in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and club participation

• Desire to work for a missiondriven organization

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g.Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate research synthesis anddeliverinsightsfasterthantraditionalmethods

• Enthusiasm for workingina dynamic,fast-paced,and collaborativeteam environment

• Demonstrated leadership abilities

• Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems

The cohort start date is scheduled for 13 September 2027.
