Job summary

Sisua is seeking a Manager (Consulting and Life Sciences) in London to lead medium to large client engagements for life sciences clients, working with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will manage teams, plans, budgets, risks, and client deliverables, develop opportunities, contribute to growth of Sisua’s life sciences capability, and thrive in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• Substantial management consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience delivering consulting engagements for life sciences clients.
• Experience leading client-facing transformation, programme delivery, technology implementation, operating model, M&A, integration, or change initiatives.
• Experience managing consulting teams, project plans, risks, budgets, deliverables and senior client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the consulting lifecycle from problem definition to proposal creation.
• Ability to operate confidently with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting projects and programmes for life sciences clients.
• Structure ambiguous client problems and translate into clear plans and deliverables.
• Manage engagement governance, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables, recommendations and reports.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Coach and mentor consultants and develop high-performing teams.
