Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners for our St Marys team in Surrey. This role supports individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them with daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.

A company vehicle is available and you must hold a full UK licence, or have driven in the UK for 2+ years. Starting pay £14.17–£15.25 per hour with opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• Strong team player with resilience and confidence to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help with daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips.
• Assist with transporting individuals using the company vehicle; driving licence required.

Our AdultResidentialHome is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at St Marys in Surrey.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £14.17 and for those with experience it’s £15.25
