About The Role

We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Petworth in Cherry Willingham, Lincoln.

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.

We provide a company vehicle for transporting individuals to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driving licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
