• Strong communication skills, including supporting vulnerable customers.
• Confidence in making decisions and adapting quickly to change.

Responsibilities

• Assess life, terminal illness, and critical illness claims from investigation to outcome.
• Guide customers through their claims journey with care and clarity.
• Be the key contact for technical queries and help coach others.
