Sanctuary Care is seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator in Houghton Le Spring, Tyne & Wear. You will design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, support individuals, and collaborate with your team to create an inclusive environment.

• Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, preferences and lifestyles
• Take the time to get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities
• Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life
• Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience
