Job description

This role focuses on the Hardlines category, with a particular emphasis on Games & Puzzles. You'll lead commercial strategy and account management, driving growth through strategic planning, licensee optimisation, and new business development. Strong relationship-building, internally & externally, is key to negotiating regional contracts and delivering licensing sales across EMEA. You’ll also apply creative and commercial insight to product development and marketing, identifying new opportunities and partners in the Games & Puzzles space. This is a full‑time role, based out of the London office in Hammersmith, 4 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Implement long-term strategies for the Hardlines department, with a dedicated focus on Games & Puzzles, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Use market trends and consumer insights to develop agile, cross-functional strategies that drive growth in the Games & Puzzles category.
  • Manage the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts, aligning licensee objectives with business goals in the Games & Puzzles space.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with EMEA accounts, ensuring alignment and growth within the Games & Puzzles portfolio.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with global, EMEA, and local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to support product development and retail success in Games & Puzzles.
  • Act as a liaison for International Labour Standards (ILS) compliance.
  • Drive new business development and research scalable opportunities in the Games & Puzzles category.
  • Participate in market meetings and share best practices across international teams.
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in consumer products, ideally within Hardlines or Games & Puzzles.
