Job summary

Hasbro's EMEA Licensed Consumer Products team seeks a Product Development Specialist to drive licensed softlines development across apparel, accessories, footwear, bags and lifestyle items in the EMEA region. You will coordinate submissions, provide feedback, and ensure brand authenticity with licensees and retailers.

Based at Capper Street in London with a hybrid pattern (in-office Tue–Thu; Mon/Fri flexible) and regular samples visits to Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, apparel, accessories or lifestyle product development.
• Good knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, retail and consumer trends.
• Able to review product details and provide clear feedback.
• Strong organisational skills, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own parts of the product development process from concept to final approval.
• Review submissions for graphics, colour, materials, trims and packaging.
• Prepare clear feedback with the product development team.
• Track the approval process end-to-end with comments and samples.
• Build strong relationships with licensees, agents and retail partners.
