• Reviewing and reporting on title and pre-contract searches.
• Drafting deeds of covenant and lease reviews.
• Administering all documentation related to property transactions.
• Handling the sale of part exchange properties.
• Managing the plot sales process, including responding to enquiries, exchange, completions, and post-completion matters.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, whether as a solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer, applications from seasoned professionals without legal qualifications are encouraged.
