Job summary

ANT Recruitment is supporting a UK rotary-wing aviation organisation in appointing a B1.3 Licensed Field Engineer. The role mixes hangar maintenance with field engineering across the UK, requiring travel to customer bases and the ability to work independently in operational environments.

Key duties include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, fault diagnosis, and AOG support, with responsibilities to certify work and maintain records in compliance with UK CAA rules.

Qualifications

• UK CAA Part-66 licensing and rotocraft domain knowledge.
• Ability to travel UK-wide and work away from base.
• Proactive fault finding and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled helicopter maintenance.
• Conduct aircraft inspections, fault diagnosis and rectification.
• Travel to customer bases throughout the UK.
• Provide field-maintenance and AOG engineering support.
• Certify maintenance within licence and company approvals.
• Respond to operational engineering requirements professionally.
• Ensure compliance with UK CAA regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning and customer teams.
• Work away from main facility and occasionally provide out-of-hours support.
