Job summary

JMC Aviation in Northampton is seeking a B1.3 Licensed Engineer (Rotary) to join its rotary maintenance team. You will perform maintenance, inspections, fault diagnosis and rectification on helicopters, certify tasks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Collaborative with engineering and planning, you will help deliver high-quality service while maintaining safety and quality in the hangar. This permanent role offers training support, private medical, overtime, on-call allowances

Qualifications

• UK CAA Part 66 B1.3 Aircraft Maintenance Licence required.
• Strong knowledge of rotary wing maintenance practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and fault finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, fault diagnosis and rectification on the helicopters in the company’s care.
• Certify maintenance tasks within the scope of your licence and company approvals.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Complete accurate maintenance and technical records.

About the Role

On behalf of our client, an established rotary maintenance and support organisation headquartered in Northampton, we are recruiting for B2 Licensed Engineers to assist with maintenance activities. Known for being a reputable and established rotary provider, the organisation is looking to grow its maintenance department, providing additional training opportunities as well as flexible working hours.
