Overview

The University of Liverpool is recruiting a Library Support Coordinator (Print Technician) within the Directorate of Education Library, Museums and Galleries. This permanent, full‑time (35 hours per week) position is graded at Level 5 and offers an annual salary of £29,588 – £33,951 pa.

Responsibilities
  • Manage print queues and large‑format printing equipment, ensuring the timely delivery of specialist print jobs.
  • Assist in the operation of the Maker Space, supporting users with creative technologies such as 3D printing, virtual reality and vinyl cutting.
  • Provide front‑line support to students, staff and other users, resolving enquiries and implementing service improvements that enhance the student experience.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to contribute to the overall quality of the front‑line service.
