Job summary

Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and committed individual to lead Stone Cross Library and support the Senior Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for books, community engagement, and promoting library services for all ages, including working with schools and developing a vibrant programme of activities.

You will need to:

  • Have at least two years’ experience
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with staff and customers
  • Work to your own initiative, but also as part of a team
  • Understand the role of libraries and how they support Sandwell Council’s ambitions.
