A leading educational institution in Bedford is seeking a Libraries, Resources & Study Skills Assistant. The role involves delivering study skills sessions, managing library services, and enhancing student engagement. The ideal candidate will have GCSE qualifications in Maths and English, alongside experience in delivering lessons or training. This is a permanent term-time position requiring strong IT and communication skills, with benefits including pension contributions and retail discounts.
Location: Bedford College - Cauldwell Street Campus
Contract: Permanent - Term Time
Hours: 30 hours per week – 38 weeks per year
Salary: £23,557 – £26,754 per annum (Pro‑Rata) DOE

Deliver study skills sessions, support library services, enhance student engagement, collaborate across curriculum, and uphold safeguarding, EDI and health & safety standards.
