Join our two-year Graduate Programme, based within the Liaison Engineering, Bespoke Release and Operational Excellence teams. We are looking for someone with the ambition to take a broad, strategic view of how a world-class automotive business operates; someone who sees the connections between people, processes, data, and technology, and is driven to make them work better.
You will work at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and digital innovation, contributing to live projects and taking on real responsibility from day one. We want someone who actively seeks out new ideas and emerging technologies — including artificial intelligence and its practical application — and who is willing to ideate, test, fail, learn, and iterate in the pursuit of step change improvements. If you are energised by the challenge of overcoming obstacles, shaping new ways of working, and delivering meaningful impact across a globally renowned business, this is the role for you.
